To rent a room or host an event at the Wisconsin Center for Music Education:*
- Check with your group and establish which dates work best for you. We will do our best to honor your preferred event date, but suggest selecting two to three possible event dates to reduce the chances of scheduling conflicts.
- Submit a Room Request Form. Give us the quick rundown of your event: What is the name of your organization? How can we contact you? What possible dates are you working with? How many people will be attending? PLEASE NOTE: Your request is NOT considered a confirmed event until you have submitted a Room Request Form and you have received a confirmation email from a member of the Events Team.
- Keep an eye out for your first confirmation email. A member of the Events Team will review your Room Request and contact you with a date confirmation within 3-5 business days. Along with this, you will receive a second form requesting the specifics of your event, such as technology needs and room preferences. We suggest filling this out within 1-3 days upon receipt, so that our team has time to form an effective plan for your event.
- Look for second confirmation and additional follow up emails. Once a representative from our team has reached out to you to confirm your final details, you can rest assured knowing your event is booked and ready to go. A representative will review your event information with you as the date approaches.
